Water-based ballpoint pen

Also known as rollerball pen or rollerball pen. Oily ballpoint pen

If no misunderstanding and confusion are found, it can be called a ballpoint pen.

The pen tip balls used are mostly made of stainless steel or hard alloy materials. The diameter of the ball determines the thickness of the writing line. Common ball diameters are 1mm, 0.7mm, 0.5mm (often marked on the pen body or ballpoint pen core of the product). The ink of the ballpoint pen is specially made, mainly mixed with pigments, solvents and tackifiers. Common colors are blue, black and red. Ordinary ink is mostly used for general writing, and special ink is mostly used for document writing. The ink used for document writing is generally marked with a mark on the refill. For example, domestic refills are marked with DA.

The oily ballpoint pen is the first product variety of the ballpoint pen series. It has been more than 60 years since it was put on the market in batches. After long-term improvement, the oily ballpoint pen has mature production technology, stable product performance, long shelf life and stable writing performance. Has become a traditional product variety in ballpoint pen products. The ink used in oil-based ballpoint pens has a high viscosity, so the writing feel is relatively heavy. .

Neutral ballpoint pen

Gel pen, short for neutral ink ballpoint pen, originated in Japan and is a new type of writing tool that is currently popular all over the world. According to the nib type, ink color, structure, etc., it can be divided into different types of gel pens. You can choose according to your needs.

Gel pens have the advantages of fountain pens and oily ballpoint pens. It has a comfortable writing feel, low ink viscosity, and added materials that are easy to lubricate. The viscosity of the writing medium is between water and oil, so it is smoother than ordinary oil-based ballpoint pens. It is an upgraded product of oily ballpoint pen. The size of the gel pen nib is roughly divided into two types: 1.0mm and 0.5mm.

By color

Removal method

1. Immerse the stained area in warm water (40°C), wipe it with benzene or a cotton ball dipped in benzene, then wash it with detergent, and then rinse with clean water (warm water).

2. Soak the contaminated area with cold water, wipe gently with carbon tetrachloride or acetone, wash with detergent, and then rinse with warm water.

3. When the stain is deep, wipe with gasoline first, and then wipe with 95% alcohol. If there are traces, they need to be cleaned with bleach. Finally, wipe gently with toothpaste and soap, and then rinse with water. But it is strictly forbidden to use boiled blisters.

4. If it gets on paper, it is most suitable to use correction fluid or correction tape.

1. The high-end ballpoint pen sleeve has obvious trademark and model marks, and the end of the refill also has obvious brand, production date and "DA" mark ("DA" mark is the first Chinese pinyin letter combination in the document).

2. It must be filled with metal pipes. The nib ball must be made of cemented carbide-tungsten carbide ball. The writing performance is better than ordinary ballpoint pens. The ink for the refill must use 424 pure blue ink produced by fixed-point production. And 322 black ink. These two inks have the advantages of light resistance, water resistance and impermeability. Ballpoint pen refills filled with these two inks can be used for document writing (including plastic tube refills, but the color of the tube must be a light yellow tube).

3. Marks and marks such as trademark, model, manufacturer's name, place of origin, and quality inspection certificate are on the packaging of the goods. Counterfeit and shoddy goods.
